What is Je'Marie PurseHook and Accessories?
We are a family owned company dedicated to creating quality, unique, functional, practical and gorgeous accessories! Our company is run by two sisters Nichole and Natascha Shamlian along with the help of their father Rich Shamlian. We named the company Je'Marie after our wonderful mother Jeanette Marie Shamlian, Je’ is her nickname.
What is a Je'Marie PurseHook?
Je’Marie PurseHook is unlike any other company out there. Each PurseHook is made out of recycled materials and is fully backed with 100% recycled rubber securing a tight grip on almost all surfaces. All Je’Marie PurseHooks are eco friendly!
What is a FUMI (Patent # US D588,444 S, other patents pending) by Je'Marie?
Je'Marie's FUMI is our patented newest accessory and life savor! FUMI is first and foremost a PurseHook, purse accessory and a bracelet all in one. Basically, the FUMIis a PurseHook that hangs on the outside of your handbag and can also be worn as a bracelet! FUMIstands for Fashionable, Unique, Multipurpose, Innovation, and it also means "Beautiful Laughter" in Japanese. The FUMI is an amazing good luck charm! Every FUMI has the ability to bring positive, feel-good energy to the wearer. The FUMI is made out of recycled materials and is very eco friendly. Each FUMI has it's own meaning such as: Fascinate, Inspire, Confident, Courageous, Glamorous, Vibrant, Charming, Radiant, Enchant, etc... You can also add charms to the FUMI for luck!

Did you know that the average purse weighs 5.2 pounds? Well, our Je'Marie PurseHooks and FUMI (Patent # US D588,444 S, other patents pending) can hold up to 25 pounds, so don't be afraid to hook more than one purse at a time!
How do they work?
Each FUMI (Patent # US D588,444 S, other patents pending) has the unique ability to be the most convenient accessory for your accessory! Wrap it around the straps of your purse or even your wrist and when you are ready to hang your purse just open it up, hang the straps on the end, and place the other end with the recycled rubber on the table. The rubber on the FUMI will secure your purse to the surface you are hanging it from.
For each Je'Marie PurseHook take your favorite hook out of your bag and place the straps of your purse on the hook end, then hang the top of the hook with the recycled rubber touching the table for a secure grip to any surface.

Where do I use the Je'Marie FUMI (Patent # US D588,444 S, other patents pending) and PurseHooks?
Anywhere and everywhere you need to set your purse down! The most common places would be restaurants, bars, public restrooms, hair salons, nail salons, elevators, movie theaters, airport check in counters, cash registers, school desks, the list goes on and on. Just think outside of the box and there will always be a place to hang your purse! Remember, if the table is too thick simply place it on the seat of the chair that way it can hang right by your side.

What is it made out of?
Recycled metal alloy and recycled rubber! Some PurseHooks and FUMI (Patent # US D588,444 S, other patents pending) have fabric/leather inlays.
What is your Return/Exchange poilcy?
You, the customer, have a 60 day exchange policy from the day the product has shipped. In order to exchange non-damaged items, you must return the product within 14 days of receiving it and state what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. If there is a price difference, the customer will be charged the difference or you will be issued a credit to use on future orders on our website. You, the customer, will pay all shipping costs on non damaged exchanges. Je’Marie Accessories will issue an authorized return slip for all damaged product that falls within the 60 day return policy. Je’Marie Accessories will not issue a refund on a credit card (or any other accepted method of payment). Je’Marie Accessories will offer only exchanges for merchandise and/or will send out a replacement. You, the customer, must let Je’Marie Accessories know if you would like a replacement or a future credit. All authorized return slips with product must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return slip; otherwise the future credit or replaced merchandise will not be issued.
What are the shipping methods and how long does it take for orders to arrive?
We use UPS and USPS for most of our shipments. Standard UPS shipments usually take 3-5 days from ship date. USPS shipments usually take 3-7 days. However, upon check out there are options to have your shipment expedited. Please note these times could change due to situations with UPS and USPS that are out of our control.
